2. Refundable Cancellations:

   We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. We will provide a full refund in the following situations:

   • We fail to deliver the promised mentorship sessions: If due to technical issues, unforeseen circumstances on our end, or mentor unavailability, we cannot deliver the agreed-upon number of mentorship sessions, you will be eligible for a full refund.
   • Significant service disruptions: If our platform experiences technical issues that significantly hinder your ability to participate in the mentorship program (e.g., prolonged outages affecting communication or session delivery), we may offer a full or partial refund depending on the severity of the disruption.
